Commissioned by TDI Group, Epicuria was conceived as an extension of the city itself: a destination where commuters could pause, shop, eat, meet and spend time rather than simply pass through.

Our involvement extended across the conceptualisation, master planning, spatial planning, services coordination and design of the development. The project required working within an active, high-footfall transit environment while creating a cohesive destination with its own identity and sense of place.

The planning brings together retail, restaurants, cafés, entertainment and landscaped outdoor spaces, connected through carefully considered pedestrian movement and public areas. The design balances the intensity of a busy metro interchange with moments of openness, greenery and social interaction.

Epicuria became one of Delhi’s prominent urban food and lifestyle destinations, demonstrating how an existing transit-led environment could be reimagined as a destination in its own right.
