Office Argus
A contemporary workplace imagined as a modern studio, balancing warmth and texture with a moody and earthy palette.
The Argus office was designed to bring a sense of warmth and familiarity into a contemporary workplace. Rich timber, cement and muted earthy tones create a grounded material palette, while charcoal workstation surfaces introduce depth and a more atmospheric character.
Glass and aluminium partitions keep the planning open and visually connected, allowing light to move through the workspace while defining areas for focus and collaboration. Functional elements were treated as part of the architecture — including custom-designed wooden interlocking trap doors that conceal the AC units, turning an everyday necessity into a crafted detail.
The design balances raw materials with refined detailing, openness with privacy, and function with atmosphere — creating a workplace that feels professional, tactile and distinctly human.
